In this article I will focus on these two factors, the social and the institutional, and their relationship with health inequalities in Latin America, also focusing on sexual and reproductive health. I will also point out some aspects that have been exacerbated in the last year as a result of the India Phone Number List covid pandemic. How are health inequalities manifested? From an analytical approach, health inequalities are manifested through at least two ways: on the one hand, the difficulties that a person experiences in accessing health services and supplies (drugs, vaccines and various technologies) when they need them ; on the other, inequality in health outcomes, that is, in the morbidity and mortality indicators presented by the population.
